Prepare Your Package
Securely place your ring in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item shows no signs of wear.
Shipping Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
